End your week with deep rest. This calming class combines guided meditation with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to help quiet the mind, release tension, and reset the nervous system. Simply lie down, relax, and allow the sound to carry you into a state of deep relaxation.

Cancellation Policy

All classes cancelled less than eight hours before the start time, or any no shows will be deducted from your pass. For members and Intro Pass holders, a late cancellation/ no show fee will be charged ($20).
