A slow, deeply restorative reformer class designed to melt tension and quiet the mind. Move through long-held stretches, gentle opening postures, and mindful breathwork under soft candlelight. The pace is unhurried, calming, and grounding — perfect for easing into the week, soothing the nervous system, and creating space for stillness during the busy season.

Cancellation Policy
All classes cancelled less than eight hours before the start time, or any no shows will be deducted from your pass. For members and Intro Pass holders, a late cancellation/ no show fee will be charged ($20).
