Designed to enhance flexibility, sculpt muscles and improve posture, each session offers engaging exercises targeting key muscle groups. Cancellation Policy
All classes cancelled less than eight hours before the start time, or any no shows will be deducted from your pass. For members and Intro Pass holders, a late cancellation/ no show fee will be charged ($20).
