Service Description

In this beginner class, we will focus on the Essential Reformer Repertoire of Stott Pilates. With a focus on spinal alignment, core strength and flexibility, members can expect a dynamic but slower paced full body workout.

Cancellation Policy

Morning classes must be cancelled with a minumum of 12 hours notice. Pm Classes cancelled less than twelve hours before the start time will be deducted from your pass. For members and Intro Pass holders, a late cancel or no show fee will be charged.
